Vanguard Training Group was founded by Everett Snellings, a U.S. Army Veteran with more than 20 years of training and leadership experience.

What began through years of military instruction and leadership eventually expanded into construction, general industry, and workforce development. VTG was established to bring that experience together under one organization and make training available to a wider audience.

Today, the company delivers safety and workforce development training with a focus on practical instruction, professional development, and long-term growth. Lead the Way reflects a commitment to moving industries, organizations, and individuals forward through knowledge, development, and continual improvement.
