Vanguard Training Group was founded by Everett Snellings, a U.S. Army Veteran who served from 2005 to 2019. After nearly two decades of training experience across the military, general industry, and construction environments, Everett developed a strong passion for helping people grow and operate more safely in demanding workplaces.

Throughout his career, Everett has worked alongside some of the hardest working professionals in the field. Those experiences shaped his belief that training should be practical, straightforward, and directly connected to the challenges workers face every day. VTG was created as a way to expand that impact by bringing realistic, field focused training to organizations and individuals who want to strengthen safety, leadership, and workforce capability.
