This foundational leadership program is designed to help new or aspiring leaders build confidence, communication skills, and the mindset required to lead others effectively. Participants learn to understand their own leadership style, set clear expectations, motivate teams, and make sound decisions under pressure. Through guided discussions, hands-on exercises, and real-world scenarios, learners develop essential tools for leading with integrity, accountability, and respect. Cancellation Policy
VTG Booking Policy Built on fairness, flexibility, and respect for your time. ________________________________________ Booking & Payment • Your seat is confirmed once payment is received, or an approved purchase order is submitted. • A confirmation email with all the course details will be sent within three business days. ________________________________________ Cancellations & Refunds We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair and flexible as possible: • More than 5 days before the course: Full refund or free rescheduling to another available course date. • 3 to 5 days before the course: 75% refund or one free rescheduling. You may also substitute another participant at no cost. • Less than 48 hours before the course: 50% refund or reschedule to a future course with a small rebooking fee to cover prep and materials. • No-show without notice: No refund available. However, we will offer a discounted spot in a future course as a courtesy. If an emergency or unavoidable situation occurs, please contact us directly. We will always aim to work with you on a case-by-case basis. ________________________________________ Rescheduling by VTG In the rare event VTG must reschedule due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or weather: • You may choose a full refund, reschedule at no cost, or credit for future training. ________________________________________ Participant Substitutions • You may send someone else in your place at any time before the class starts. Just let us know in advance. ________________________________________ Group and On-Site Bookings • Custom terms may apply for private or company-specific training sessions. These will be clearly stated in your training agreement, and fairness remains our priority.
