Employer designation: VTG provides the training and documentation that supports this role. Under OSHA (29 CFR 1926.32 and related standards), the employer designates who is Competent or Qualified; completing this course supports that designation but does not by itself assign it.

Booking Policy

VTG Booking Policy: built on fairness, flexibility, and respect for your time.

Booking & Payment: Your seat is confirmed once payment is received, or an approved purchase order is submitted. A confirmation email with all the course details will be sent within three business days.

Cancellations & Refunds: We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair and flexible as possible.

• More than 5 days before the course: Full refund or free rescheduling to another available course date.

• 3 to 5 days before the course: 75% refund or one free rescheduling. You may also substitute another participant at no cost.

• Less than 48 hours before the course: 50% refund or reschedule to a future course with a small rebooking fee to cover prep and materials.

• No-show without notice: No refund available. However, we will offer a discounted spot in a future course as a courtesy.

If an emergency or unavoidable situation occurs, please contact us directly. We will always aim to work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling by VTG: In the rare event VTG must reschedule due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or weather, you may choose a full refund, reschedule at no cost, or credit for future training.

Participant Substitutions: You may send someone else in your place at any time before the class starts. Just let us know in advance.

Group and On-Site Bookings: Custom terms may apply for private or company-specific training sessions. These will be clearly stated in your training agreement, and fairness remains our priority.
